This is a family favorite. My girls have eaten their salads since they were little as long as I dressed it with this…again, so simple…all about the ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Extra virgin LEMON olive oil
- 1/2 cup St. Helena Olive Oil Co. Sparkling Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon dijon mustard
- Grey sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar and shake….or in a bowl and whisk to combine.
