We kicked off our 2021 harvest at the Harter property in Oakville. Our family first partnered with Dennis & Sharon Harter nearly a decade ago to produce Double H Ranch extra virgin olive oil, so we were honored to join them for our first pick after a year without Napa Valley olives.
On a fog filled morning last fall, after days of steady rain, we joined Dennis to sort through tubs of olives while his picking team hand harvested throughout the property. The result is a deliciously soft oil ~ smooth and buttery with hints of artichoke.

Our olives are all harvested and milled on the same day to produce high quality extra virgin olive oils. We recommend storing our oils in a dark, cool location and using within 2 years of harvest date.
