When we were planning our relaunch in 2019 our aunt Kelly reached out to ask if we were interested in harvesting a few dozen Italian varietal olive trees at one of the properties her company vineyard manages. This property, Bosche Estate, became the first new grower added to our portfolio with Kaelin & Emily at the helm.
We were lucky enough to harvest Bosche again this year. The result is a deliciously oil ~ green and pungent.

Our olives are all harvested and milled on the same day to produce high quality extra virgin olive oils. We recommend storing our oils in a dark, cool location and using within 2 years of harvest date.
