What is your return & exchange policy?
Any unopened product in its original packaging is eligible for return or exchange for up to 30 days after purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do you ship?
We offer USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground options at checkout, as well as free ground shipping for orders $100+ within the Continental United States.
How do I track my shipment?
Once your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive a notification and tracking number via email.
What is the processing time for my order?
Please allow 3-4 business days to process an order.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
We offer USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail at checkout. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you'd like to expedite using an alternative carrier.
Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to ship to the US and Canada.
Help! I received my product, but it's leaking! What do I do?
Given how many variables play into the shipment process, sometimes leakage and/or damage to a product can occur. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will remedy the situation ASAP!
How do I gift someone a product?
To place a gift order, please indicate so in the "Order Notes" field before continuing on to shipment options.
Will you include a custom note or message for my gift?
Absolutely! We love to handwrite notes for gifts. Please include your desired message in the "Order Notes" field - we will take care of the rest!

How should I store my oil?
We recommend storing your oil away from heat and direct sunlight. We use dark-colored glass as a means to protect the oil from light exposure, however it is always best to store away from sources of light as well.
How should I store my vinegar?
Similar to oil, we recommend storing your vinegar away from heat and direct sunlight.
Can I cook with my oil?

My oil seems cloudy - why is this happening?
Due to shipment & weather conditions, sometimes oil can appear cloudy upon delivery. No need to worry - this is a natural occurring phenomenon and will not degrade the quality of the oil!
When will my oil expire?
The oxidation process of oil begins as soon as the seal is removed from the bottle - that being said, we recommend consuming your oil within 6 months of opening.
