One of Peggy’s favorites, this oil allows you to enjoy the fresh flavor of basil year round. Fresh basil is pressed with late-harvest Mission olives for an oil that can be used on fresh tomatoes, stirred into vegetable soup or drizzled over poached fish. For a quick appetizer, toast a few baguette slices, rub each with a clove of garlic, top with a sundried tomato, drizzle with basil oil and season with a pinch of Organic Grey Sea Salt.
