Fig Balsamic Vinegar

This year I'm going to combine the older and younger balsamic so there is more of a sweetness and then infuse with the organic dried figs from the Maywood Fig Farm.  Bob is the founder...and farmer...of Maywood and is the one who recommended that I use the dried figs.  Although the infusion is a little longer, it does add a more intense sweetness to the vinegar.  

I am taking PRE ORDERS only for our Fig Balsamic.  We will stop taking orders on Sunday October 8 or when we reach our limit .... whichever comes first.  

I want to give them a solid week to infuse so all orders that contain Fig Balsamic will ship the week of October 16, 2017.
