This one sometimes plays second fiddle to our Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but we love it just as much. Pressed from California oranges and late-harvest Mission olives, our orange oil is a natural for finishing fish and chicken. It is good for baking into cakes and brownies, and also makes a wonderful vinaigrette blended with our Sparkling Wine Vinegar and Tarragon Dijon Mustard.
