Organic Dipping Oil Herb Blend
One of our most popular products, inspired by one of Peggy’s trips to Italy many years ago. In Italy, “aglio, olio e peperoncini” (garlic, olive oil and chili peppers) is traditionally a common, simple preparation for spaghetti – fresh garlic is sauteed in olive oil along with a little chile flake, and tossed with pasta, parsley and perhaps a little Pecorino Romano.
Here, we combine organic parsley, organic garlic and organic chili peppers to offer you our own version of Aglio, Olio e Pepperoncini. Just add one of our Extra Virgin Olive Oils and perhaps a few drops of our Balsamic Vinegar di Modena, and you have perfect dipping blend for fresh bread or a mildly spicy dressing for salads or vegetables.
